Tony has multi-sector experience working in senior people management roles. He has worked in Central Government and for blue chip companies in Insurance (AXA) and Pharmaceuticals (GSK). More recently he has worked on the Senior Management Team of a growing pharmaceutical SME.

Julia has 20 years’ experience working as a consultant for a wide range of organisations in the public, private and third sectors; both in the UK and Internationally. She applies psychological principles to help individuals and teams to gain insight into themselves and those around them, and to maximise their potential.
As an accomplished singer, actor and improviser, she is particularly interested in applying tools and techniques from theatre to support personal development.

Since 1999 Harry has designed and delivered L&D programmes for public, private and third sector organisations across many industry sectors in the UK, the GCC and Europe. He develops the communication, creativity, teamworking and leadership skills of managers, specialists and high-potential staff. He also trains HR and L&D specialists in CIPD L3 qualification programmes.
Harry previously worked in the publishing industry in commissioning and editorial roles at Thomson Reuters operating companies.

Barbara is an experienced project and change manager. Her approach to project management focuses on improving and redesigning business processes. Her passion is to focus on customer needs with the aim of enhancing the customer experience be it in a B2B or B2C environment. She has significant multi-cultural experience, having worked strategically and operationally for both Roche and Bayer. She particularly enjoys the people aspects of change management, bringing together the skills of all project stakeholders.
Barbara is certified in Prince 2 Project Management and particularly enjoys the inter-personal exchange crucial to successful project management outcomes. She speaks German and French.

Emily is a solicitor by training, who developed a keen interest in mediation whilst taking time out from her career to bring up her two children. She became a CEDR accredited mediator in October 2014 and since then has assisted on various commercial and employment mediations. She currently works for Brighton and Hove Independent Mediation services, where she has conducted many community and workplace mediations, and also developed her skills in explaining the value of mediation to local community services. Emily speaks fluent French and competent Spanish having lived in both France and Mexico.

Pepita has 7 years’ experience of customer relationship management. She builds rapport easily and is always happy to meet new clients. She arranged for DEJA People to appear in People Management magazine’s July/August 2018 issue.
